  • All passengers must adhere to weight restrictions as specified by South Australian Helicopters. The maximum seat weight limit on the Robinson R44 is 270kg. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without a refund. Children under two years old may sit on an adult passengers lap. Two children under thirteen years of age may share the same seat if the total weight is under 77kg
  • Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the scheduled flight time are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • There are no additional charges for the changing of names on the original booking.
  • The minimum number of passengers is two and the maximum number of passengers is three.
  • Spectators can view the helicopter taking off and landing at Lake Breeze Wines. The cellar door has amenities available, as well as food and beverages if the spectator desires.
  • Helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions and safety considerations. South Australian Helicopters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights if weather conditions or safety concerns arise. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative flight time or a full refund.
  • Wheelchair accessibility is not available for this experience.
  • Responsibility: South Australian Helicopters is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from a customer’s negligence, disregard of safety instructions, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
